Here’s how it works:
STEP 1. You may contact us by calling Nina at 504 451 9728 (Licensed Realtor) or  send us an email request and we will help you assess your requirements such as location, size, budget and any other special needs you might have for your short term stay.
STEP 2. We then find an extended stay corporate apartment that meets your specific needs. We will quote you a Monthly rate and give you property details including pictures.
STEP 3. Upon approval, we will send you a simple application and a short term lease agreement and then we handle the rest!
STEP 4. You move into your full size, fully furnished home or apartment put your feet up and relax. Welcome Home!!
Easy and Effortless / One monthly bill covers the rent and utilities. We accept most credit cards for one simple monthly payment. We offer many upgrades such as periodic maid service and high speed internet services just to name a few.
Flexible lease terms available.  Pets welcome at many locations.   All our properties are located in SAFE neighborhoods with NO TRAFFIC ISSUES!
