1240 Mississippi St. The Sarradet House was built in on or around 1915 by Atal A. Sarradet. The home is located in an area referred to as Faubourg Lapipe, pronounced “Fobo la peep” one half mile south of the City of Donaldsonville on Mississippi St.
Landry Lasseigne Cottage
This listing is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home with large kitchen which opens to a comfortable living room. Included amenities: refrigerator, stove/oven, deep freezer, microwave oven, washer and dryer, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. Home is stocked initially with coffee, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, light bulbs, paper towels, toilet paper. Flat Screen TV with cable TV.
The yard is large but the street is narrow so large trucks may not fit well. Enjoy your leisure time on the comfortable sofa.
