Q.    Does Ascension Corporate Rentals and Corporate Apartments Lease Corporate Apartments, and What Is Included?
A.    Yes.  Ascension Corporate Rentals and Corporate Apartments leases studio, 1-, 2-,3- and 4-bedroom corporate apartments and houses in Ascension Parish.  A Corporate Apartment is one which is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances, kitchenware, TV, VCR or DVD, cable, internet, and a utilities  allowance included in the rent.
Q.    What Criteria are Considered to Qualify for an Apartment?
A.    Applicant must have a gross verifiable income equal to 3 times the rent, good credit, acceptable rental history and pass a background check.
Q.    How Long are Your Leases?
A.    Corporate Apartments lease for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of one year. Furnished and unfurnished apartments lease for 6 months or 1 year, however, short- or variable-term leases are available from 3-5 months.  Please ask about prices on shorter term leases.
Q.    What Items Need to be Paid Before Moving In?
A.    The security deposit are paid at the time of reservation.  Before moving in a tenant will pay the first month’s rent and any applicable cleaning or pet fees if any.
Q.    What is the Minimum Age to Lease an Apartment?
A.    Eighteen.
Q.    What are the Occupancy Guidelines?
A.    Ascension Corporate Rentals and Corporate Apartments typically allows two people over the age of two per bedroom.  Exceptions can be made on a individual basis and are subject to approval by the owner.
Q.    Do You Accept Pets?
A.    Yes. We accept pets depending on the pet and the property.  A pet interview is required, at which time a photo of the pet is taken.  Cats must be spayed or neutered and de-clawed.  Applicant must pay an additional deposit for pets.

Q.    Do You Accept Co-Signers?
A.    Acceptance of co-signers is limited to the following three conditions, with some additional restrictions and deposits required. Co-signer must meet all rental qualifications. Student must be full time (12 hours). Student must qualify by having good credit and rental history (dorm accepted).(1) One student can rent a studio or one bedroom apartment only. (2) Two students can rent a two bedroom. A qualifying parent or legal guardian for each student must apply and be a leaseholder.(3) Parent and Adult Child can rent a one or two bedroom only. Both adult child and co-signer will be leaseholders and sign the lease. The co-signer must meet all rental qualifications. The adult child must qualify by having good credit, good rental history, and must make at least 2/3 of the required income for the last 6 months.
